You have to confirm your registration with the secret key sent to your e-mail address
If you want to join any existing agency then you have to wait for the agency administrator's
confirmation

About authentication
Guest users can only annotate resources in the registry, they
cannot upload or modify any schema.
Resources belong to agencies, normal users can upload/modify
application profiles, element sets or encoding schemas only within
their agency.
When starting the schema creation tool you have to set the
identifier and name of your agency. New schemas will be created for
that agency.
Before uploading to the registry you have to provide your e-mail
and password in the schema creation tool. The registry checks
whether you are allowed to upload for the specified agency.
There is a "sandbox" registry where you can try how the registry and the schema
creation tool work together. Please do not use the CORES registry at
http://cores.dsd.sztaki.hu/ for
testing purposes. Use the "sandbox registry" at
http://cores.dsd.sztaki.hu/test for all testing.
